If a user declines the consent, the user is logged out of YouTrack. To access the service, the user must re-register and accept the agreement. To browse the agreement changes, select an event from the list and view the changes on the Details page bar. The sidebar displays the author, timestamp, and a series of changes applied to the agreement. If you have minor updates to the User Agreement that do not significantly affect your practices regarding personal data you have previously collected from users, you may change the text of the Agreement and publish a new appended version. Users who accepted the previous high version are not prompted to accept the new version. Only users who have not accepted the previously published version of the agreement view the updated version of the agreement. Under the terms of the current agreement, this agreement would begin in 2011-12 and run until 2014-15, with the last two years being considered team options. Enter or insert the text of your contract in the input field. The agreement is displayed to all users who log in to YouTrack. The contract text appears as in the preview area on the User Agreement page. The ability to accept or decline the agreement is displayed to users when they log in for the first time after activating the agreement.
If the agreement exceeds the visible space in the dialog box, the option to accept the agreement will only be enabled when the user scrolls through the last line of the agreement. The agreement is displayed to all users who log in to your YouTrack installation. If you purchase subscriptions, create a workspace (i.e. a digital space in which a group of users can access the services, as described in more detail on our Help Center pages), invite users to that workspace, or use or authorize that workspace after being notified of a change to these terms, you acknowledge your understanding of the current contract and accept the contract on behalf of the customer. Make sure you have the authority to enter into the contract on behalf of the customer before proceeding. The user agreement supports the default implementation of Markdown, as described in the CommonMark specification. Many of the extensions supported in problematic areas are not available here. For more information, see markdown syntax. We have even offered to play under the current deal – like denying fans a 2011 football season. If the user has not yet accepted a contract, the user agreement indicates that the current version has not been accepted.
If a user has accepted the current version of the agreement, the user agreement displays the accepted version number and the date and time the user accepted the agreement. The user agreement is saved as a new secondary version. In the preview window on the right, the text appears as displayed in the agreement dialog box. . . .
